Get ready for SpringFest! Arts, crafts, and food vendors will line the streets with a variety of children’s activities and all-day entertainment making SpringFest a fun event for the entire family. Admission to SpringFest is FREE, so bring the whole family for a fun-filled day in downtown Lufkin! *Vendor applications will open on March 1st. Heritage Festival

Join us for the Heritage Festival in Downtown Lufkin from 2:00PM-8:00PM. We will have live cultural entertainment, food trucks featuring different cuisines, artisan vendors, and activities for the kids from 2-6. Then from 6-8, we will have live music. Admission is FREE, so come join us for some community fun!
Lufkin's Bistro

This annual tasting event offers an elegant, entertaining evening on the downtown streets as Lufkin’s finest chefs showcase their tastiest cuisine paired with an incredible selection of wines and craft beers from across the globe. Dance the night away to live music and get in some late-night shopping with our downtown merchants! You must be 21 or older to attend.

Christmas in the Pines

Visit Downtown Lufkin during Christmas in the Pines to help get you in the Christmas spirit and get those last-minute gifts marked off your list! We start the day with vendors lining the streets of Downtown Lufkin creating a Christmas shopping extravaganza starting at 2:00pm. We have vendors from all over the state of Texas joining us just in time to get your holiday shopping done. From craft vendors to boutique clothing we know you will find the perfect gift. Be sure to come hungry as we will also have some of your favorite local food trucks (as well as a few new ones) ready to serve up something delicious! Santa will be around for pictures, and at dusk, we will have the annual Lighting of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Pumping Unit presented by Lufkin Industries. Lighted Christmas Parade

Everyone loves a good parade and the Lufkin Lighted Christmas Parade is one of the best. The parade winds through the downtown streets of Lufkin with all the sights and sounds of the holiday season. First, second, and third-place prizes are awarded in commercial and non-commercial divisions. Santa always has a place of honor on the float awarded for “Best Theme Interpretation.” The parade helps bring in the holiday season as the City of Lufkin says “Merry Christmas” to the community! Join us and help kick off the holiday season!
