The halls of the Museum of East Texas are transformed into a Winter Wonderland as trees from 3' - 12' tall are decorated with interesting and unique themes.  The Snow Queen and the Goblin
The Snow Queen and the Goblin was adapted from the Hans Christian Anderson story by Martha Bennett King. Suitable for all ages, this ageless story asks the question: Can a magical Snow Queen steal love and happiness? Little Gerda has to rescue her brother armed only with faith and love. Santa Claus Express at the Texas Forestry Museum

Trail of Lights at the Texas Forestry Museum
The handicapped – accessible portion of the Urban Wildscape Trail, and the museum’s logging locomotive will be transformed into a winter wonderland with lights and holiday scenes.
